  • 1.  WIll SEPM and SEP auto Update Maintenance Pack?

    Hi,

     

    I get to know that there is new release of 12.1.6 MP5. Can i know do SEPM and SEP can auto update to this latest version?

     

    Are there any reference for me?

    SEP client can be upgraded using Auto upgrade feature.

    manual intervention is required for SEPM upgrade.

    You need to manually upgrade the SEPM. Once the SEPM is upgraded you can apply packages to your groups to get them upgraded.

    Hi,

    SEPM can not be upgraded automatically, it's a manual upgrade process.

    Upgrade process is simple just download latest version SEP 12.1 RU6 MP5 & run the setup file. I would recommend to go through this article to get an overview how to upgrade to the latest version.

    Clients can be upgraded automatically. 

    Use auto upgrade method to accomplish this if all the clients on the same LAN.
