After installing 7.0.6 FD on a Win XP SP3 running under VMware WorkStation, the system does not boot anymore with the message "unsupported storage controller". (all default SCSI driver)
That worked in the last editions, if Im not wrong.

I wanted to test the setup befor shooting down a "real" system...

    regards

SEE is not compatible with SCSI drives, you need to create the VM using an IDE drive. If you use the wizard to build the VM it will automatically select the SCSI virtual disk, you need to use the custom option in order to specify an IDE virtual disk

All sorted, I changed the interface in the vmdk files to IDA... (My mistake, the support page mentions it clearly)
Does someone know if solid state (SSD) drives are fully supported?

    Thank you
