Win2008R2 Terminal Server - user corruption

Greetings

I'm experiencing problems with user corruptions in a Windows 2008 R2 environment.
The servers are load balanced (lets call the servers TS1 and TS2).
The users "Documents" folder is redirected to a fileserver, could this be causing errors?

I've been looking through Event Viewer without finding any errors being very interesting.

The servers are running Symantec Endpoint Protection v. 11.0.5
I have not tried disabling the SEP yet, would this be a good idea to try out?
Instead of disabling the protection (would cause lack of security, which I'm not interested in), would it make any sense, disabling scan from the folder containing the profiles?

Do any of you, know if there's general problems with the 11.0.5 in Win2k8R2 environments? I've been searching google and this forum, without any solutions found.

Thanks in advance!
