Win2k8 R2 client failed with error code 13(volume resolution error)

This issue has been solved. See solution.

Could someone please give solution for the below error.

We are using Netbackup 7.1 for master & media server. system state backup for Win2k8 R2 client is failed with error 13(Volume resolution error). Netbackup version for client is 7.1.0.4 and it is passive node of cluster

hi,

as you are saying its cluster passive node, it seems you need to use 

w2koption -backup -ignore_unresolved_volumes <volume:

check the below T/N for more details
