Endpoint Protection

From the Symantec Endpoint Management console I do a  " Find Unmanaged Computers."  The Windows 2000 PC's show up as Unknown Computers. Does anyone know why?

Fix ID: 1201891
Symptom: Running "Find Unmanaged Computers" from Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager finds Symantec Endpoint Protection Clients running on Windows 2000 as "Unknown Computers."
Solution: Correlated results of the Find Unmanaged Computers with the information already known about Symantec Endpoint Protection clients in the database to correctly identify Windows 2000 Symantec Endpoint Protection Clients.

We got exactly the same problem as described above and we are using SEP11 MR4 MP2.
What can be wrong?

Make sure the user credentials you are using have administrative rights on the computer. I have had computers show up as unknown computers when I used credentials that didn't have sufficient rights.
