    Can anyone please redirect me or guide me what is the latest update of this article: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH163895

    because in the last paragraph it said that "Symantec is aware of this issue and is currently investigating it. This document will be updated as soon as more information becomes available."

    Still symantec not received any update,if any solution are recived.

    Symantec will be update for this document.

    Yes that's what I've been waiting for.

    So in this case I shall jump by installing SEP v 12.1 RU1 to fix the issue.

    Yes this problem occure only 11.0 RU6 MP3 version.

    you can upgrade client.
