One of the down sides to CSP is it is not officially compatible with Windows 7. However the java swing web console is universally compatible with the product. More on that in the admin guide. Any IE client can be used as a console to the system.

Unofficially and not supported - Win7 does work with the console as Win7 is actually a copy of Windows Server 2k8 R2 kernel.

*edit to add, the version you are running is 2+ years old. Please upgrade to the newest for the web console. Many improvements in the product as well.
