  • 1.  Windows 7 and Live update

    We have Endpoint 11.04 and I created a new client package for a new laptop that is running windows 7 utimate 32 bit.  I configured it to use live update and live update says all catalogs are up to date, however the virus defs are 11/08, proactive is 8/08, and network is 11/07.  and ideas on what to try?

     11.0.4 is not compatible with Windows 7.

    You need Ru5 (11.0.5)

    Good to know your your Windows 7 system has not bluescreened yet and you are just complaining about Definitions...
    Remove 11.0.4 or atleast Network Threat Protection and Proactive threat protection immideately.
    Completely Supported SEP onwin7 is 11.0.5 as mentioned by Jeremy..
