Windows 7 machine delay at ctrl, alt & del using SEE 8.2.1 mp2

    Since installing SEE we see a delay of 20 seconds on initial boot after pressing ctrl, alt and del.

    This happens accross the board on different models all of which are brand new good spec laptops. We are using SEE 8.2.1 mp2 but have tried other versions.
