  • 1.  "Windows 7 is not Genuine" after installed Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.3

    Hi,

    We are migrating from SEP 11.5 to 12.1.3.

    And we started testing the package on enduser's system, however one of the user come of with an error "Windows 7 is not genuine" after installing the SEP 12.1.3

     

    Any suggestions please.

    Hi Rafeeq,

     

    Thank you for your response.

    However we received this message from one system, the rest of the systems which we installed/upgraded the SEP 12.1.3 are working fine. All the systems are in the domain as same system image.

    What if you rollback to previous version ? As of you just re-activate the license.

    check the msxml file as per this discussion
