Windows 7 PCs are not showing in SEP manager console.  We created new package with full protection and clients are uptodating with all AV protection features.

When we install client and restart PC, the client will displayed on console, but after 2 minutes it will disappear.  We used Connection status tab (Help - Troubleshooting - Connection status - Connect now) and we recieved an HTTP error 503: link: (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH93099).  Again the clients will come and disappeared from console manager.

Reference to error code resolution our Symantec Admin. confirmed that there is no SEMSRV service is available on server.

Can you help us to resolve this issue?

    Other info:

    SEPM version : 12.1.1000.157   (RU1)

    Client also in same version.

Server running in Windows 2008 R2 enterprise

is it the only client that has the problem? or is it across all the clients?

let know if this can help

in this case you have to replace sylink.xml file in deployed image...

for that you can use Sylink Replacer or Sylink Drop tool....

Thank you so much Mr. 'Pete', your solution worked well.

Problems resolving with 'RepairClonedImage' tool.  If you install this tool with Admin mode, the client is displaying on console.

But now there is another issue.  Some clients are showing in console two times.  Manually I have to delete duplicated one from SEPM console.

Do you have any solution for this case?
