windows 7 x64 bit image capturing requirement

Hi
We have LENOVO T430 windows 7 x64 laptop.
We want to capture standard image of this particular laptop, what will be the requirement for this? Is there any specific pre-requisite for windows 7 x64 bit operating system or it will run same windows 7 x86 configuration.

To capture and deploy images you can use any Preboot OS, WinPE 32 bit, WinPE 64 bit or Linux. it's only for scripted installs that the Preboot OS has to match the OS being deployed.

Its not failing
we tryied to capture windows 7 x64bit standard image of this LENOVO T430 laptop model with default Operating system installed (Factory settings)
We given two task for capturing standard image
1) Prepare for image capture
2) Reboot to production
but reboot to production task not working on this particular model. We tried to giving laptop is turn on in normal mode at that time also laptop not getting reboot to automation task.
on another all the model does not creating this issue
Not sure how your other model works.
You need to install the Symantec Management Agent first with the Deployment Plug-in on the Factory image.
Then, after Prepare for Image Capture you need to run a Take Image Task.

I think it is problem of that particular laptop model hardware
We done same as installed Agent first with Deployment plug-in on the factory image.
