Does Symantec System Recovery 2011 supports Windows 8 or not yet supported ?

As of now SSR does not support Windows 8.

Support for Windows 8 (and Server 2012) will be added when the next version of SSR (SSR 2013) is released - currently planned for early Jan 2013.
