On Windows 8/8.1, linking with Microsoft account breaks SWS.

When we have a local account set up on a Windows 8 or 8.1 computer it works perfectly fine.  If the end user links their Microsoft account a myriad of errors appear.  All of them resulting in their applications not downloading or running.

    Error examples:

    • Download begins but gives, Error code 10036  when starting an application
    • Nothing at all happens when clicking Allow
    • Applications download but are disabled and do not run

Simply disconnecting the account does not seem to clear up the issue.  Even if you uinstall/reinstall the streaming agent.  Even creating a new user doesn't seem to fix the issues.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone else experienced this and is there a work around?
