LUALL.exe is a Live Update Process I believe. Did you try repairing the installation from Control Panel?

Do you need Windows LiveUpdate (of which luall.exe is a part) for another Symantec program? You could always reinstall it, though if it were needed the migration wouldn't have removed it, I believe. SEP 12.1 uses LiveUpdate Engine (LUE).

Did you set a task in the Windows Task Scheduler to run LiveUpdate instead of scheduling through the usual means? If you did, just remove the task.
