Hi everyone!
This happen after been migrated to 12.1 on a few computers. SEP 12 use a script now, LUALL is no longer available in this version.
Any ideas?
LUALL.exe is a Live Update Process I believe. Did you try repairing the installation from Control Panel?
its not there in SEP 12, its been replaced by sepliveupdate.exe

Yes it is, but SEP 12.1 don't use LUALL.exe any more.

Do you need Windows LiveUpdate (of which luall.exe is a part) for another Symantec program? You could always reinstall it, though if it were needed the migration wouldn't have removed it, I believe. SEP 12.1 uses LiveUpdate Engine (LUE).

Here, Paul Murgatroyd explains on Liveupdate.
Did you set a task in the Windows Task Scheduler to run LiveUpdate instead of scheduling through the usual means? If you did, just remove the task.
