We had two windows 2003 servers stop running the BackupExec netware 9.2 remote agent same day Feb. 14th. Installed were:
Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB946026)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB943055)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB942831)
- Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB942830)
We have disabled the remote agent, but are eager to find a solution, we have no running backups.
To test, we installed the remote windows agent on a box that never had it, that has the above updates, and BackupExec admin console can not even see it.
