  • 1.  windows update installation failed in the agents

    dear 

     

    we use Altiris Mang. 7.5 and agent is 7.5 as well..  our problem is  the agents can't install the avilable update!! its already downloaded and distrbution seccsedd but when its starting  verification  it failed  ...

    if i do it manully "" C:\Program Files\Altiris\Altiris Agent\Agents\SoftwareManagement\Software Delivery"" its working fine ... i attached screenshoot

    What is the error code on one of the failures?

    its solved i changed the Run with rights to System in the Remediation steeting  .. thanks

    This is the best setting to use for all patches and software unless you have a good reason to change it.
