  • 1.  Windows WDE not responding to passphrase

    Hello,

    I have a backup laptop that is not used often. PGP is not responding to any of my last three passwords created. What is my next step?

    Check PGP Desktop , PGP Disk module, you can manage you WDE passphrases.

    If cant boot system, try using a administrator passphrase, adk key, WDE Recovery Token, or recover password using 5 questions (if applies...)

    If no other old password works, i think you are lost.
