Windows XP 64 Client cant connect to EPM Server

Hello People
I have some clients with WIndows XP 64bits I install a 64 Client Package and the EndPoint Work Perfect.
The issue is when Windows Start. User login in Windows and EndPoint ask for username and Password to connect to the Proxy Server. The Endpoint icon are full Yellow (Yellow Shield without green dot)
I move the client to a single location group but the issue continue.
I read something about create a script to run when Windows Startup to connect to EPM but I dont see the instructions to do this.

On the Client on the UI Go
On the Client on the UI Go to help and support and Click troubleshooting and in the server what do you see for the server name.
If the client is comuincatig with SEPM it will give the name or ip address of the server.
Try the steps on one machine
Also are you using any proxy in the network ?

Mr. Prachand,i have a newly bought norton antivirus 360 version
version 3.0 but three days i have been attempting to install but i can not install untill now, what is the problem with this? i can not install the software, it is original & New, but can not be installed, what is going on with your software? is this a hoax? i don"t understand, can you assist me with this last night i was able to ask the assistance of mr, shareef but he also wasn't able to install the said software,
Some corrections above...
Since its a 64 bit machine:
Step 3. Copy the Sylink.xml into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager folder, and replace any existing Sylink.xml file.

Some addtions...
Inaddtion to this,
User login in Windows and EndPoint ask for username and Password to connect to the Proxy Server. The Endpoint icon are full Yellow (Yellow Shield without green dot)
The Yellow dot specifies the Antivirus Defintions are not getting updated.
Check if the Machine is using a Proxy for Internet.
If No, then go to Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings and remove the Proxy Settings from there..
If yes, make sure you have the Proxy settings set right.

1st I uninstall the old version 11.0.4000.2295, dlete the Symantec folder, Restart and install the new version MP2 on the client. Work perfect

This work for 1 Workstation But Now I install the new version of SEP Client and I receive the same error. Ask for proxy username and password.
I verify the proxy address and its correct. If I press cancel, endpoint connect sucesfully to EndPoint Manager (Green Dot) but take long time.

Just to make things simple and for quick assitance we would like to let you know, that this forum is just for Symantec Endpoint Prtoection.
You can put your query on forum for Norton 360 and i am sure Symantec will be more than happy to assist to.
