Ok so i setup my task, my image and my config in Ghost Console, i specify Windows XP, i install the client on the XP machine, run the task, sysprep does it's thing then when it reboots to ghost i get:

Windows Boot Manager

Blah Blah

File: \Windows\System32\boot\winload.exe

Status: 0xC0000001

Info: The selected entry could not be loaded because the application is either missing or corrupt.

Anyone have any idea why this would be happening?? Im not trying to do anything at all that involves Vista. Just trying to take an image of an XPSP3 machine.

I think the error message coming when it tries to boot to Virtual partition using WinPE. By default Ghost uses Vista WInPE to boot to virtual partition.

If you don't use sysprep, does it wrok correctly?

If you select DOS instead of WinPE in the Client properties, does it work?
