Has anyone been able to get the HP DC7900 to work with WINPE and if so with what NIC driver? We've attempted downloading all the NIC drivers from HP and from Intel. The NIC card is an Intel® 82567LM-3 Gigabit Network Card.

We've been unsuccessful with the LINUX boot option also. The only thing that seems to work is the Generic DOS driver which is super slow.

Thanks in Advance.

You could try the Intel gigabit NDIS2 driver from HP. We use DOS nearly exclusively, but never the generic. We need multicasting as we are nearly always imaging a lab of 20-60 machines at a time. We have exclusively using compaq/HP. Our current units are DC7800 with 82566DM cards. We did have to add the chipset info to get proper detection for the Intel gigabit, though. It runs in the range of 250-350 meg/min.
