Not officially. The problem is that BDC doesn't support it. PE has "changed" in each version and BDC has to be updated to support the newer versions.
The work-around has been 1) to go to SP6 and get PE4, or 2) to simply build your own WIM file and replace the one built by DS 6.9. PXE doesn't care what's IN the WIM - it just delivers it. Once in RAM, the PC doesn't care what's in it either. Just boots from it. So if you replace the one DS makes with one YOU make, it'll try to boot from it.
