WinPE 6.9 SP3 64-bit (x64)

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Do I need to install the 'WinPE Automation Environments for Deployment Solution 6.9 SP3 for 64-bit (x64)' to image 64-bit Windows 7 clients? Or is this package only needed if you're running a 64-bit DS server (I'm not)?

Short answer-WinPE x64 is not
Short answer-WinPE x64 is not needed to image Windows 7 64bit. In my enviroment, we only use WinPE x64 for 64bit scripted installations of Windows, not for imaging.
