What exactly is the point you are trying to make? Or is this just a report on Connect automation?
Threads can be marked as solved by any Connect user, and it is possible that someone did get a solution from the series of postings and marked the thread as solved. Inactive threads are automatically locked after a period of inactivity as it is preferred that users open new threads rather than hijacking old ones,
The "Imaging Issue with WinPE 2.1 and DS 6.9 SP1" thread suggests a solution relating to a compression setting, which again resolved a problem for a Connect user, but in this instance, no one used the "mark as solution" flag and the thread was automatically locked after an interval of inactivity.
