Can Endpoint Protection be configured to send a alert or create a log entry when a wireless access point has been detected?
There is not an option to configure this in the SEPSBE product. In the SEP 11.x product there is an option to configure Unmanaged Detectors which could be configured to send a notification when a new device is detected on the network.
Yes there are a few changes made to SEP SBE 12 as its meant for Small Business. Instead of Unmanaged detector you can use the Search Computers option and then export the query results.
