Hi,

Can Altiris be configured to report a laptop's wireless mac address as well as it's physical mac address? I am currently getting the physical mac address.

If so, does anyone know how the report can be configured to extract this information?

I imagine the Network Adapter dataclass would hold this information.  If you look in Resource Manager, and View > Inventory, and expand Data Classes > Inventory > Hardware and select Network Adapter, does the wireless MAC of a test system have some sort of unique value here (like a unique Adapter Type ID) where you could form your query around this?

How are you obtaining the physical MAC?  AeX AC TCPIP?

I've typically found wireless NIC information for Windows machines in Inv_AeX_AC_TCPIPv6.
