Hi All,

Well I lost a lot of hair on this one the last two weeks.

We have an SBS2003R2 Premium running with SEPP MR2 MP2 and Mail Security For Exchange V6.0.6.235.

Now all of our mobile users have Windows Mobile 6 devices (Samsung, HTC) which run ActiveSync to synchronize their devices to the Exchange server.

Email works greath, except it's a couple of seconds delayed, compared to one BlackBerry using IMAP.

Here comes the problem:

None of the devices can sync there tasks list and appointments.

Here is how to reproduce:

- In Outlook calendar single click on a time frame and type some text for an appointment. Do not open the new appointment screen, just type and press enter.

- In Outlook double click on another time frame to open the new appointment screen and enter some text. Hit Save and close to exit.

- Now start a Sync Session on the device to sync the new appointments a bit faster.

The result:

The first appointment gets synchronised over to the device, the second does not.

The workaround:

- On the server stop the Symantec Mail Security for Exchange service.

- Start a sync session on the device, é voila, there comes the other appointment.

This is ofcourse a redigulous solution, so I set up the devices to sync to Outlook using Bluetooth for now, but I am really looking fo a proper solution.

Anybody seen this or tested this?
