  • 1.  Wo Speichert SEP seine Regeln?

    Ich Deploye zurzeit ein Windows 8.1 mittels Sysprep und wollte fragen, wo Symantec Endpoint Protection die Regeln der Firewall und Anwendungseinstellungen speichert, da es während des OOBE-Vorgangs nicht möglich ist, auf die "Frage ob ich was zulassen will" zu reagieren, scheitert das testen der Internet-Verbindung während des Windows Starts. Ich möchte nicht die Firewall deaktivieren!

    Ich habe soweit die "MSOOBE.EXE" zugelassen, indem ich das OOBE im laufenden Windows gestartet habe, aber wie kriege ich die "Regeln" nun in das

    Image?

    A: it will be saved in the DB tableL please check this article

    Q: Where to add  "Msoobe.exe", in the firewall rule?

    A: Insist of adding in firewall rule you can add in cetralized exception , If you realy know about this program and safe to use

    Q: SEP check internet connection while booting.

    A: Yes

     

     

    What happen any issue with internet getting block need to disable firewall to make it work?

    The rules will be included in the client when installed. What rule is blocking the traffic? You can add a rule to allow.

    I mean: Where can i find the location of this list: :(

    Where is the location of this File what contains the rules that are shown in this List? =/

    You can export the rules to a .dat file, rename it to .zip and open it up. Inside will be an XML file containing the ruleset.

    And how can i export this ".dat"? i had tried smc -exportconfig and -exportad**** there is only a

    Open the GUI and go to Help >> Troubleshooting

    Under Policy Profile select the Export button. Should give you the option to save as an XML already
