Word to PDF component in Workflow 7.1 not formatting properly.

Howdy all,

has anyone had much experience with the Word to PDF component in Workflow?  We have a project that ends with writing a formatted Word document (is basically a Letter format, address block in the top right and aligned right etc)

Word doc is fine, but when we run the Word to PDF component with the Word doc as the input, the PDF loses some of the formatting (the address block becomes left-aligned, and one of the name fields loses a space)

Anyone know much about how it works, or how its output behaviour can be modified?
