Worker gets wrong incident when first logging in.
I have a few users that are getting the worng incidents when they first open altirs helpdesk. It also doesnt update when they close the browser. People who are "working right" when they open helpdesk get the last incident they worked on . I have scoured the database and cant find how to fix this.

Try having those users clear their browser cache, temp Internet files, off-line files, and browsing history. See if that helps.

this happens regardless of what system they are on. they can go to any system (or a newly imaged one) and get the same results. I am sure that where you were last at is in the database somewhere as regardless of where I leave it is follows me (also regardless of system) Just have a few users that they are stuck on an old incident. as if they are not updating that fiels correctly. I have scoured the database and cant find it.

I have n=been also trying to figure out if it is locked to certain people with no luck. Just random. users that have been on the system forever as well as some new If I recreate them and deactivate the old, their new profile works fine.

What did you hear as "wrong incident" ? When a worker logon, should come incident default report, and the incident default list can change & memorised for each worker separatly.
