No Workflow will not run on Windows 2003 64 bit because it requires NS which at this time will not run on a 64 machine.
Hi Helen,
I think it will run on a 64-bit machine because workflow requires ns but not on the same server. It's only using ns for licensing and it's even recommended to put workflow on a seperate server. Only an ns agent needs to be present on the machine. I haven't tested it tough.
