  • 1.  In a workflow, how do I handle where an unauthorised person tries to use the email?

    Dear All,

In a Dialog Workflow, I check to see if the person who received the email and clicks upon the link is part of an authorised group of users. I have a Not Allowed outcome. Rather than dumping this into an End component, how can I wait for a valid person to connect on, because the task has been executed, hasn't it?

    Kindest regards,

taking a guess here... On the Interaction Setup tab, check Do Not Exit On Some Outputs, then check your outcome if it appears in the list.

    reecardo,

Yes, I saw that option, but does that mean that the Task will stay within the Dialog Workflow until someone who is allowed authorises the action?

    Kindest regards,

    I've tested this option.

We have using it for exception servicing during web dialogs without finishing the task.
