  • 1.  Workflow Manager Error

    I have recently set up a test version of Servicedesk 7.6 we currently use 7.1 and are looking to upgrade,  When i try to open localhost under workflow manager i am getting a "Insufficient Privilege Exception" error message when looking at the log viewer i just get.

    Did you change the Workflow Service (SWFSVR) to run as your Service Account and did you change the Application Pool to run under the same?

     

    Application Pool

    Right Click - Advanced Settings

    Process Model - Identity - ... - Custom Account - Set - Fill in your account
