I am a brand new user of Workflow Advance. I am looking for training resources that will help me get started with workflow development and using the Workflow Designer tool.

I'm starting from the ground floor. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Honestly you probably won't find much out there other than the Workflow Solution Foundation training course offered by Altiris or one of the Altiris Authorized Training Centers. Here is a link to more info on the Workflow Solution Foundation training course info.

From what I've seen and heard, this training is pretty much a pre-requisite for a majority of users new to Workflow. I haven't personally attended this course but hopefully others will chime in with some feedback or have other resources they can suggest. Good luck.

I would suggest looking at Juice (http://www.symantec.com/community/). While the information regarding Workflow is not organized particularly well, there is some good information ranging from very basic to more advanced.

For a beginner to the software, there are some videos with names such as "Chapter 1: Introducing Altiris Workflow Solution 6.0". I believe there are 5 or 6 videos that are good at introducing the software.

The other options for just starting out are the online Workflow training at learn.altiris.com. This training is very basic, but is a lot less expensive than the full training.

However I would agree with matzebru that the best option would be Workflow Solution Foundation course. This would be the recommended path for someone serious about learning the product.
