World-writable files on Linux NBU Master

An internal security audit on a customer found on a Linux NBU Master files owned by the root where other users also have write permissions.

 

Can the permission for the files bellow be changed to 660?

World-writeable files have been a perennial problem, for example:

We generally run  chmod -R o-w  to clean these up with no ill effect.
