This issue has been solved. See solution.

 Hi,

I have installed SEP 11.0.4000.  Some users said they can't connect to WIFI which WPA enabled after SEP Client installed, but there is no problem with WEP.
I searched in the forums, looks like there is some configuration with 'EAPOL', but I went through all settings in the SEPM, I can't find any setting related to it.

So anyone know where I can find it ? or is my version too old?

BR
Harry

As far as version is

As far as version is concerned the lateset version is SEP RU5. You can upgrade to that too.
You can download it from   https://fileconnect.symantec.com/

I have the same problem when

I have the same problem when using RU5 (unmanged client on my laptop).

I had to remove the whole Network Threat layer.

I will check the above SEPM settings to see where they appear on the client side.

Thank You
