  • 1.  Wrong Install Date for software on managed computers

    I have CMS 7.1 SP1 on SMP 7.1 SP1.

    For some discovered (but not managed) software there is no content in 'Install Date' field at "Manage -> Software -> Newly Discovered Software -> Software name (Computers with software installed list)", but if I go to any computer with this software installed (Manage -> Computers -> computer name -> Software list) I can see Install Date 1/1/0001.

    Policy to collect Add/Remove Programs inventory runs every day, but there is steel no correct Install Data. Also there is not any errors/warnings in agent logs or NS log. How does inventory get this information from computers and how can I fix it?

    Can you provide more detailed information:
    Is it all newly discovered software have no install date, or some specific software?
