Wrong message size

Hi all.
Recently we had a few incidents where a policy was triggerred due to wrong message size. We have a certain policy that is triggered for messages larger than 1MB.
Well we had three occurences of messages about 170-190KB in size triggering this policy. All these messages had a PDF attachment.
It seems that this started happening soon after we upgraded our Brightmail appliances from version 7 to version 8.
I wonder if anyone else has seen this.

I'm not aware of a similar issue but it would be interesting if this can be reproduced. Any chance you can open a case with Tech. Support and provide a message or pdf sample where you see this behavior?
