Symantec Management Platform (Notification Server)

Anyone ever seen this error message?  Just finished upgrade server to SP2 and applied critical updates and now I get this error message when constructing any type of XML tree.

This article KB35826 deals with this error, however you need to be at the latest version of Software Delivery.

our environment
NS: 6.0 SP3 R9

At 02:00PM today NS stopped working. i checked the NS LOGS it was saying This server is not registered anymore. I then tried a repair of the server using 'Altiris_NS_6_0.exe' the original package that we used to install NS. the isntall had some issues when it came to Installing Altiris Console. I checked the Altiris Log Viewer..there were a number of errors about..'spItemLoad'

once the repair was done..i tried to go to the console. but it bombed out with the tree XML error same as shown above by KEVIN_DEN. I tried the hotfix given above but that did not work.

i am unable to attach any images..in this post. i mihgt try creating a new one.

KEVIN_DEN's error is in regards to software delivery, your's is not. I'll address that one once I can take a look at the logs.
