    Hi, I'm developing an approval workflow and I need some help.

    I send a form by email that has to be approved. But when I click on the response page link I get the following error:

    What worries me, is that I don't what causes that problem, because it only happens sometimes (and I didn't found out when exactly...)

     

    Can someone please help me?
