Hello,
SEP12.1 RU2 is officialy supported on Windows XP 64. It doesn't mean it works !
As far as I'm concerned, all my tries to install and fully run SEP12.1 RU2 totally failed...(rolling back on 5 differents computers, and after cleanwipe, SEP needed a restart even after a lot of reboots. SONAR seems to have some difficulties :/)
hi,
Could you please upload the SEP_Inst.log from the machine so that we could check the root cause of this issue.
Also Provide OS version ?
Thanks In Advance

Hello Ashish,
A support case is already open for this issue ( 03065901 ).
SEP_Inst.log isn't revelant because the "roll back" action appears after installation reboot, and before windows session (in a "DOS" windows).
