    So, after having to request removal of my mail server IP address for a week everyday,

    AND, after sending muliple email to 'Symantec Brightmail Investigations' <investigation@review.symantec.com>

    AND, not getting anywhere,

    I am looking for anyway I can figure out why this keeps happening to our mail server IP.

    Like many others, our IP is NOT blacklisted by the hundreds of anti spam checks out there, but ONLY Symantec, and ONLY recently, within the last 2 weeks it has suddenly become an issue.

    Can anyone provide a direction to point me in to get this cleared up?

    I see that Symantec thinks we are "snowshoe" spamming, but we most definitely NOT spammers.

    Our mail server is clean, and highly restricted, what else can I do to resolve this?
