You do not have permission to use Remote Control feature

    Hello guys,

     I need some help with permissions of the CMS. Whenever I try to make a remote control for the console the following error message appears:

    "You do not have permission to use Remote Control feature".

    Where I can give the necessary permissions for this group?

    Follow the following KB to modify the role in question so that it has the necessary privileges and permissions:
