Some of our techs who use the software portal start to receive the following error when requesting software:
"You have requested this software and it is in an open state. You cannot request it until the previous request has been fulfilled."
This message will prevent the tech from requesting the software indefinitely. We keep increasing the maximum number of open requests per user under Flow Settings which seems to fix it temporarily, but the issue keeps occurring.
Is there a way to fix this? We are on 7.1 SP 2 MP1.1 v6 Rollup.
