Zero Day Email Archiving Policy - Task Settings. Ideas?

When Exchange Mailbox Archiving Task is running, what are the specs of what it does? How many emails, size, and mailboxes does it hit at a time?
We have a zero day policy that will archive anything that is put in a folder; does anyone have any suggestions on a Run Now type task that could be set to run at night?

How many emails is read from the number of messages per pass setting in the policy.
the number of mailboxes will relate to the number of concurrent sessions on the task policy.
I am pretty sure the new default is 1000 for number of messages per pass, (no image in front of me right now) so that will most likely cover your Zero Day policy folder with schedule archiving.
