    Hi,

    How to scan and cure the virus issue from shared drive.

    Infection File path is shared drive. Status of infection is showing left alone.

    may the drive and run a full scan with latest definitions

    Enable Network Scanning in FileSystem Auto-Protect..then scan that drive..

    If possible scan that drive locally from the host server ( file server )

    In Remote Scanning most of the time the local system does not have enoguh permission to delete /Take action on the file.
