  • 1.  .zipx, .pptx are being quarantine by Symantec

    Dear all,

    we are working on Symantec end point 11.5 with exchange 2007 server. when mail user send a mail with .zipx or .pptx all mails are qurantine. Please suggest me how to unblock the .zipx and .pptx file.

    The Symantec Brightmail Gateway Appliance quarantines Microsoft Office 2007 documents under the Executable File rule
