multiple branches

we are having 4 branches which are manage by one server. 2000 aproximate clients in network which are getting manually defintion in a day.

now i am going to configure the live update, will it effect on network because remote location will also getting update

pls confirm.

If you set all remote clients for going ro Liveupdate internet servers  - it will take some of the available bandwith yes. As mentioned by above recommendation  a Group update provided will help minimize the load of the updates traffic in the network - as only the GUP will download the definitions from SEPM and the provide these to the clients in the branch.

Agree with above comment, GUP is a good solution to sort out the bandwidth issue.

I have created gup and live update configuration, waiting for the next definition
