Dear Symantec, Can we PLEASE at least be allowed to save our email address into the login for Connect? This is annoying, as I need to type in the username/password quite a lot.   Why does it have to be so secure? My only thought could be that you are worried about people spending our Rewards Points, but these could be protected by making people enter our password upon spending, etc...!   Kindest regards,   QuietLeni

Sometimes multiple posts to a question/problem/issue refer to parts of the solution. The original topic starter can only mark one as solution, it would be nice to mark multiple posts as solution and so splitting the 35 points to multiple people.

Hi, Currently when a sub-discussion is branched off into a new forum topic, any posts underneath it aren't migrated across too. This would be good functionality to add in as it prevents multiple posts, and time wasting by having to retype those posts.   Thanks,!   Craig

Symantec Connect has some good services to share articles but it is missing a function to save or bookmark these articles. I find very helpful online services like Read It Later and Evernote, that allow to save web pages found on the web and read them later on any device (PC, Iphone, Ipad, etc.). The request is add a button to send article posts from Symantec Connect to Evernote , Readitlater websites.

While browsing articles, I find it difficult to return to my starting point. When I click into an article, finish reading it, click my browsers back button, I am taken to the Home section of the Community I am currently browsing. I then have to click in to articles again, which takes me back to the most recent articles. There is no way to return to the previous articles I was looking at without going through all the steps again.  I'm using Internet Explorer ...

I keep forgetting that this site exists... I usually do all my interaction/feature requesting through the support ticket system.. It would be helpful if this site were linked to from that one, so I don't have to waste my time and yours filing a case to be told to come here...

Sometimes when the captcha validation message is shown, I have to scroll down a long way to enter the captcha which might not be a user-friendly way. I have two proposals to solve this user-friendliness issue:   You can show the captcha in an inline popup div (contextual position) Or near the validation message provide an anchor bookmark link that can quickly smart scroll to the captcha form.

Dear Connect Team, I would like to draw your attention to the URL https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/security/forums/endpoint-protection-antivirus Almost the entire display is locked up by featured posts (sticky ones) and only two are normal. Can the number of sticky posts be user-controlled for display or shown within a scrollable grid by itself?
