Go to Tools --> Options ---> Intelligent Disaster Recovery and check that both the paths specified for storing the .dr files are available during the time of the backup.

Yes - the post above was from a year ago. ManageFusion is now called Vision and will be very similar to ManageFusion but much bigger. Vision includes content on all the Symantec products - not just Endpoint ...
